September and IBC Time
In September we again attended IBC in Amsterdam; Broadcast Training work still looking elusive, we met up with a Dutch railway enthusiast, Michel, from who Phil had arranged to purchase some Rocoline track.
We visited model shops, took a ride on the Steam-Powered Hoorn Tramway, and visited a narrow gauge exhibition at the dutch Narrow Gauge Museum (with several British exhibitors), and bought some more trains in HO, HOe and G Gauges.

The loft layout has benefitted from the Rocoline track, and all of the scenic area is now 'ready-ballasted'. Full Control is now by multiple Roco Multimaus with track display and alternative point operation by PC. Monitors showing either the Track Plan or 8 Live Video cameras of hidden areas. Although it may not yet be photogenic, as scenery has yet to be added, the track is all operative, and the narrow gauge has now readjusted to avoid the stairway, and digitised. Feedback modules are being wired-in, after which the wiring can be covered by Scenery - a stage Lin is also looking forward to!
Despite the disappointing weather later in the year, we mustn't forget early progress on Lin's Garden Bahn, with the inaugral service into the new Conservatory in April, and a few extra buildings in the Town. Some progress has been made with lighting, and Lin has steadily created the interiors. The latest being the Christmas Set ( above ) on Bruksbanen. Despite LGBs difficulties, we seem to have added more stock too.
October saw the RISC OS SE Show with Fillin Ltd providing the gear and theatre again, with Derek and Robin assisting Phil, whilst Lin handled the catering with Pam. The following weekend was the 2nd SOLENT indoor meet with Bruksbanen's second appearance and Lin assisiting with the Catering again.
Phil's mum was taken ill in November, necessitating a hospital stay of a few weeks, but she is now back at home with a very happy Suzie the cat..
Suddenly its the end of the year - and time to produce the card or it will be too late to post (again)

So,
Happy Christmas / New Year to you all from Phil & Lin
Hoping for good summer weather and running next year
